Who we are
nawhe? is a product operated by Semasir Connect Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17431658. We provide event discovery, ticketing, organiser tools and related services.

Who you contract with
Your agreement for use of the nawhe? platform is with Semasir Connect Ltd. Unless an event page expressly says otherwise, the contract for the event itself or admission to it is between the attendee and the relevant event organiser. Payment providers such as Stripe and Paystack provide payment, verification, settlement or payout services within supported flows; they do not become the event organiser merely because they process a payment.
What nawhe? provides
nawhe? helps people discover events and, where enabled, reserve or buy admission. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the organiser—not nawhe?—produces and operates the event.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and use the service lawfully. We may require verification for organiser access, payouts or other higher-risk features.
Events, sources and organisers
Organisers are responsible for event accuracy, permissions, venue arrangements, lawful advertising and attendee safety. nawhe? may also surface event information that is already publicly available on legitimate event/organiser sources for discovery. Where this happens, source and public organiser context should be preserved and an authorised organiser can use the event-claim process to request management of the listing.
Claim approval establishes who may manage the nawhe? listing; it does not by itself transfer intellectual-property rights or automatically replace the event’s Public organiser / host identity. nawhe? may restrict listings where there are reasonable fraud, safety, legal or platform-integrity concerns.
Tickets, admission and prices
Event pages identify whether tickets are sold through nawhe?, registration is free, tickets are sold elsewhere, payment happens at the venue, or no registration is required. For paid native nawhe? checkout, the organiser sets the ticket face value and the order summary shows any mandatory nawhe? service & payment fee and the final total before you continue to payment. Optional extras require your choice.
Fees & payments
For standard native paid ticket sales, the nawhe? service & payment fee is added to the organiser-set ticket face value and paid by the attendee. It supports secure checkout, payment processing, ticket delivery, booking administration and related platform services. The organiser’s standard ticket entitlement is based on the face value they set; refunds, chargebacks, disputes, taxes where applicable and optional premium payout services are separate.
Supported UK GBP, US USD and Canadian CAD payments use Stripe. Supported Nigerian NGN payments use Paystack and, where applicable to local operations, may be supported through Semasa Connection (CAC registration no. 8046489). The payment provider may separate organiser settlement and nawhe? amounts within the transaction flow rather than through a general nawhe? withdrawal wallet. A payment attempt is not a confirmed ticket until nawhe? confirms the booking. See Fees & Payments for the customer-facing explanation.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Refund rights depend on applicable law, the event, organiser terms and booking model. Organisers must communicate cancellations or material changes promptly. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use nawhe? for fraud, unlawful events, misleading listings, harassment, ticket counterfeiting, payment manipulation, unauthorised scraping, impersonating an organiser, abusing event claims or interference with platform security.
Responsibility and availability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. nawhe? does not guarantee event attendance, sales volume or uninterrupted availability and is not responsible for the operation of third-party events or external ticket providers.

These Terms are governed by England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
