Ticket price
The organiser sets the face value of each ticket sold through nawhe?. A ticket shown as £10.00 has a £10.00 organiser-set face value before the applicable nawhe? service & payment fee is added.
nawhe? service & payment fee
Paid bookings may include a mandatory service & payment fee. It supports the technology used to provide secure checkout, payment processing, booking administration, ticket delivery and related platform services.
The fee may vary by payment rail, settlement currency or market. Where a percentage and fixed component apply, nawhe? calculates them from the paid booking’s ticket face value and adds the resulting fee once to that booking.
Your total
The checkout order summary shows the ticket subtotal, the nawhe? service & payment fee and the final total before you continue to the secure payment provider. The displayed final total is the amount nawhe? asks the payment provider to collect for that booking, subject to any later change you make to ticket quantities or an accepted offer code.
Organiser ticket earnings
For standard native nawhe? ticket sales, nawhe? does not deduct its standard service & payment fee from the organiser-set ticket face value. The attendee pays that fee on top. Refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, taxes where applicable and optional premium payout services are separate and can affect settlement where the relevant terms or law permit.
Payment providers
Supported UK GBP payments use Stripe and supported Nigerian NGN payments use Paystack. These providers securely handle payment information and may also perform verification, settlement or payout functions. Full card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by nawhe?.
Refunds
When nawhe? processes an approved full refund for a native paid booking, the refund is for the full amount nawhe? processed for that booking, including the mandatory service & payment fee. Your bank or card provider controls how quickly the returned money becomes visible. Other refund rights and circumstances are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Tickets sold elsewhere
If an event sends you to another ticketing service, that provider controls its own prices, mandatory fees, payment processing and refund arrangements. nawhe? does not add its native checkout fee to a payment it does not process.
