Tickets sold through nawhe?
Refund requests for tickets bought through nawhe? are assessed against the event terms, reason and applicable law. A submitted request is not automatically approved. Supported full refunds invalidate affected tickets and reconcile inventory.
External tickets
If payment happened with another ticket provider, that provider and organiser control the external refund process. nawhe? cannot refund money it did not process.
Cancelled or changed events
Organisers must communicate cancellations or material changes promptly and meet applicable obligations. Keep booking details until the matter is resolved.
After a refund
The refunded ticket is no longer valid. Your bank or card service controls how quickly returned funds become visible after processing.
